CHICKEN IN FOIL

4 Chicken breast boneless/skinless
1 package frozen brocolli or any frozen veggie mixture
1 cn Pineapple slices; 8oz (optional)
1 ts Butter or margarine
Garlic powder, salt and/or pepper to taste
4 -16-inch squares aluminum foil

Divide the veggies into four equal parts. Coat a small area in the center of the foil with butter or margarine. Place a portion of the veggies on the greased area of foil. Top with a chicken breast and a pineapple slice. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Fold foil securely and check for leaks. Place on coals for 10 to 15 minutes per side.
